1.Check-in time is 2:00 pm (14:00 hours)

2.Check-out time is 11:00 am (11:00 hours)

3.Please note:

a. Early check-in before 12:30 pm will be charged at INR 300 per person and INR 700 for private rooms.

b. In case the guest fails to checkout by 12:00, the guest will be charged INR 500 for every extra hour

4. Breakfast Timings are 08:00am – 10:30am

5. The Guest hereby agrees to follow all rules and regulations set by Blue Beds Jaipur, Failing to abide by the rules will result in a penalty as mentioned in schedule of damages on the notice board.

6 The guest(s) acknowledge joint and several liability for all services rendered until full settlement of bills.

7. Guest(s) will be held responsible for any loss or damage to hotel property caused by themselves, their friend(s) or any person(s) for whom they are responsible. The damages thus would be charged to the guest without notification.

8. Nothing herein above constitutes or be deemed to constitute any tenancy or sub-tenancy or any right of tenancy or sub-tenancy or any right or interest in the hotel premises or any part or position thereof in favor of any guest or resident or visitor.

9. Blue Beds shall always be deemed to be in full and absolute possession and control of the whole of the premises.

10. The management reserves to itself the right to add, alter or amend any of the above terms, conditions and rules.

11. Visiting timings are 10am-10pm in the common area. Quiet Hours – 23:00 – 07:00

12. Blue Beds reserves the right to charge per night cancellation fee should you cancel any nights from your originally intended length of stay.

13. The undersigned agrees that all information displayed is accurate.

14. The undersigned agrees to make immediate payment of all charges incurred upon receipt of statement or on departure; a statement will be forwarded by email.

15. Blue beds do not take any responsibility for the loss of valuables left in the room / lockers.

16. Security cash deposit of Rs 500 for the keycard will be charged at check-in. This amount is fully refundable at your checkout while you return the keycard.

17. Smoking inside dormitory or on terrace is not allowed, if found penalties will be imposed.

18. Guests are requested to follow the hostel rules violation of rules will lead to instant booking cancellation.

19. Any form of drugs, smoking joints etc is strictly prohibited, if found penalties will be imposed.

20. Alcohol is prohibited on the property and if any person is found consuming it or creating a nuisance due to prior consumption of the same, a penalty of INR 2500/- wiill be imposed on them.

21. Blue Beds LLP shall not accept responsibility for losses to our guests for any claims, including but not limited to: responsibility for personal body injury, death, accident, lost, stolen or damaged property, loss of mental or physical enjoyment, delay or inconvenience.
